Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information to our customers with professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide assistance and support to customers regarding product information and services.
Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and ensure effective resolution of issues.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
Proficiency in using computer systems and applications, including CRM software.
