Base pay range

$110,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Overall Purpose:

The ERP Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for the strategic design, configuration, enhancement, and optimization of our custom ERP system in an aerospace manufacturing environment. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring our ERP system supports efficient, scalable, and reliable operations across the organization.

Lead end-to-end solution design across the business such as Accounting, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Engineering/PDM, Manufacturing, and Warehousing

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design robust ERP solutions aligned with organizational objectives

Define system architecture, data flows, and integration strategies with other enterprise applications

Evaluate and recommend ERP capabilities, features, and enhancements to support business growth and process improvements

Support data migration, system integrations, and functional testing

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement standardized solutions

Develop proof-of-concept configurations and oversee functional testing cycles

Monitor ERP performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement performance optimizations

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, workflows, and data mappings

Continuously identify opportunities for process automation, reporting improvements, and data analytics

Deliver training and knowledge transfer to business users, key stakeholders, and IT staff to ensure effective system adoption and ongoing support

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving ERP system issues

Develop custom reports and dashboards using Tableau or ERP analytics tools

Adhere to 5S Standards

Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, policies for attendance and punctuality and standards for safety

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field

3+ years in a manufacturing environment and ERP systems

Knowledge balanced understanding of both functional and technical aspects of ERP systems and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions

Experience in both solution architecture and system administration roles for ERP systems

Strong background in ERP integration, business process mapping, and system customizations

Experience in SQL, APIs, and data migration tools and capable of extracting and analyzing data across systems

Exposure to report developing tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)

Experience designing user experiences and workflows (e.g. dashboards, queries, automated processes)

Strong project management and communication skills – able to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Alignment of ERP capabilities evolving business needs

Fluent in English (read, speak, write and understand)

Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident)
