Further details will be provided by our recruitment team. The incumbent will support daily back office operations of the Standby L/C Section and other Trade Finance Products, including: Monitoring and ensuring timely issuance of Standby L/Cs and amendments Processing transactions accurately and booking liabilities and fees in Trade 360 System Ensuring accountability of commissions per instructions and SOPs Enforcing operational procedures and controls Additional responsibilities include workflow management, verification, quality control, customer service, staff and performance management, compliance, and handling special projects. The role also involves providing operational and technical support, system liaison duties, monitoring accounts, and ensuring compliance with audit and SOX requirements. Key functions include: Managing daily workflow and reconciling outputs Reviewing L/C and amendments in Trade 360 System for timely processing Providing technical support and responding to customer inquiries Supervising staff workflow and performance Enforcing compliance with regulations such as OFAC, BSA/AML, and internal policies Qualifications include an undergraduate degree, experience in trade finance, knowledge of SBLC processing, and familiarity with relevant systems and regulations. Experience in commodity and project finance is a plus. Strong communication skills and ability to work in an automated environment are required.
