Supervise a team of 4–5 analysts handling U.S. and Canadian payroll tax Provide expertise on Canadian provincial tax matters and guide the team accordingly Lead creation and implementation of SOPs for payroll tax functions Ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions and manage escalations Partner with internal departments to align tax reporting and remittance schedules Qualifications
3+ years of payroll tax experience, with some exposure to Canadian payroll preferred Prior supervisory experience or strong leadership skills in a tax/accounting function Seniority level
