Overview
The Role: We are looking for Associate Recruiter who can speak fluent German and English, based in the United Kingdom to work closely with our highly respected, well established and prestigious RPO client.

You will be part of a highly motivated team of professionals across EMEA focused on bringing in the highest level of talent to help drive the business forward while delivering best in class candidates to our client. You will be supporting recruiters in DACH region.
Job location: United Kingdom (remote)
Key Accountabilities
Attract top recruiting talent for specific career opportunities in the market, using numerous sourcing channels and methodologies
Execute headhunting, direct talent sourcing and networking strategies
Create talent pools as well as pipelining
Maintain data accuracy and integrity of internal ATS systems regarding Candidates data
Work closely with the Internal Recruiters on a daily basis and support them in order to meet all KPI’s and SLA’s
Approach and screen candidates
Suggest process improvements concerning all aspect of the recruitment — we are always looking for ideas how to be better!
Skills & Experience
Fluent German and English required
Previous experience and knowledge of sourcing standard methodologies would be an asset
Willingness to take ownership and be held responsible for allocated tasks and projects
A positive and dedicated attitude
Highly organized, tech savvy and detail-oriented, able to work in fast paced environment
