EisnerAmper is seeking a Tax Manager to join the Private Client Services (PCS) practice. We are looking for a dynamic individual with the capacity to efficiently oversee multiple client engagements while demonstrating proficiency in reviewing complex returns, managing staff, and conducting research. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the aptitude to foster professional growth among our staff. This position follows a hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office. Candidates must be able to commute to any listed office location.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and other entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Build impactful client relationships and maintain connections with firm leadership.

Cultivate expertise in firm niches and share knowledge accordingly.

Ensure accurate time and billing for yourself and team members.

Train, supervise, and develop associates and seniors.

Understand the client's business, complete assigned tasks, and meet deadlines.

Solicit new client relationships and participate in networking events.

Stay updated on tax law changes and apply new knowledge proactively.

Collaborate with tax professionals within the firm for efficient service delivery.

Hold yourself and team accountable for developmental goals.

Participate in training to enhance technical knowledge and industry expertise.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field

6+ years recent tax compliance/consulting experience in public accounting

CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent Certification

Experience preparing US individual, partnership, and entity returns

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Taxation or related field

Experience with GoSystems or CCH Axcess tax software
