Job Description
Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding order status and product requests according to department policies. Process customer returns following established department procedures. Work closely with the Medical Billing department to resolve disputed billing charges. Communicate with customers via digital channels including web chat and email. Maintain a positive work atmosphere embodying professionalism, teamwork, and integrity. Ensure high attention to detail when documenting customer accounts for proper follow-up. Perform other assigned duties and tasks as needed.
Critical Information
Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm EST, with one closing shift 11:30am - 8:00pm EST. Work in a private, quiet environment with reliable high-speed internet. Remote work environment. Ability to work some evening shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Education/Licenses Needed
