impact windows and doors

for over 40 years, is hiring a

Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Account Service Coordinator

to support its busy service and installation department. This is a

permanent, full-time role

offering competitive hourly pay, excellent benefits, and long-term stability.

Role Overview As the CSR, you will be the

main customer contact

and provide administrative and scheduling support to ensure smooth project completion. You’ll handle communications, coordinate service techs, deliveries, and subcontractors, order replacement parts, maintain records, and track timelines. This role requires strong multitasking, organization, and customer service skills, along with confidence using Outlook, Excel, Word, and web-based platforms. Occasional training in Sarasota (mileage reimbursed) is required.

Qualifications HS Diploma/GED or equivalent experience Prior customer service/admin experience (construction preferred) Experience scheduling technicians/drivers a plus Professional, well-spoken, and highly organized Able to work independently with minimal supervision Pass background and drug screen Proficient in MS Office and online systems
