Over 12 months, you’ll partner with seasoned professionals, senior leadership and reliable mentors as you prepare to make an impact on the CRE industry.

We are committed to growing your career, so in this role you will: Berkadia’s Rotational Analyst Program is changing the way the industry trains and develops CRE analysts across the production business. As a Rotational Analyst, you’ll engage in a comprehensive onboarding experience where analysts will be introduced to: Berkadia’s culture Client-facing business segments Supporting groups and technologies Berkadia employees, ranging from analysts through members of executive leadership Once onboarding is complete, you will return to your local offices and begin two, 6-month rotations in two production business groups — Investment Sales and Mortgage Banking. You’ll play a critical role in executing and supporting business for our multi-billion-dollar capital markets platforms. You’ll receive mentorship and coaching from a program manager, rotation manager, and peer mentor. The Program Rotations While Supporting Seniors Housing Investment Sales, you will primarily assist Investment Sales Advisors with client and property financial analysis and with extracting/manipulating/preparing market data. Example tasks in Investment Sales include: Assisting Investment Sales Advisors and Production Team in preparation of investment memorandums and portfolio and property valuations for review by senior executives Gathering market research for Investment Sales Advisors and Production Team to support procurement and analysis of market rents and expenses, comparable sales, market trends, etc. Preparing financial analysis and projections for acquisition and disposition opportunities so that senior executives can evaluate the financial feasibility and viability of each project Analyzing P&L statements and rent rolls Managing interested buyers for marketed opportunities and preparing marketing reports for senior executives to review weekly during marketing processes While Supporting Seniors Housing Mortgage Banking, you will focus on reviewing and evaluating new loan opportunities and serve as a key point of contact for tracking the progress of those opportunities through the loan cycle. Example tasks in Mortgage Banking include: Reviewing Excel-based underwriting workbooks and narrative presentations Reviewing, sizing and pricing transactions with the product originations team during the quote process Gathering and analyzing market research using industry-leading tools and services Drafting quotes to the business and credit teams Adding quotes to internal tracking (CRM) system Preparing loan applications Upon completing the 12-month rotational period, you will partner with Seniors Housing and program leadership to identify permanent placement into Investment Sales or Mortgage Banking as determined by career interest, performance, and office needs. Recruitment Process Applications for the 2026 Rotational Analyst Program will be open until September 27th. Interview process includes 3 phases: recruiter phone screen, verbal case study and local team assessment. Applicants will only be eligible to final interview for one office location. Applicants are expected to travel to the Dallas local office for their final interview. Final decisions are projected for the week of November 18th, 2025. Program commences July 2026 for hired candidates. Sponsorship Berkadia is not offering visa sponsorship for this position.
