www.citco.com About the Team & Business Line: Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience. As a core member of our Private Assets team, you will work with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon. Qualifications About You: You have a university degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a professional accounting designation (CFA, CGA, CMA, CA, CPA). You have 8+ years of public/private equity accounting experience. Proven leadership experience, preferably as a Vice President or equivalent. Skilled in negotiation, business planning, margin analysis, rating agency relations, and technical accounting. Strong knowledge of waterfall structures, modeling, and calculations. Experience delivering large-scale business/technology reengineering initiatives in private equity, hedge funds, and fund of funds businesses. Knowledge of US GAAP and other comprehensive bases of accounting. Experience reviewing and preparing general ledgers and financial statements. Ability to lead and motivate a team. Project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word), experience with FIS Investran PE platform is highly desirable.
