Location: Atlanta area; Hybrid work arrangement. Job type: Full-time. Function: Accounting/Auditing and Finance. Industries: Accounting, Financial Services, and Banking. Responsibilities
Perform audits and review financial statement audits, benefit plan audits, reviews, and compilations Prepare financial statements and related disclosures in accordance with GAAP Perform internal control documentation and testing Assist Managers, Senior Managers, Directors and Partners with consulting projects Supervise, train, and mentor Associates and Interns in the audit and review process of work papers and financial statements Meet budget and realization goals Identify problem areas and client issues; propose solutions to managers Identify technical skills needed for improvement and pursue development via CPE, personal commitment, and on-the-job training Qualifications
Experience performing audits and related services. Knowledge of GAAP and financial statement preparation. Ability to supervise and mentor junior staff; comfort with client-facing projects. About the employer
