Base pay range $155,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Manage cost accounting, including standard costing, variance analysis, and product costing
Oversee inventory management, physical inventories, and fixed asset accounting
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial outlooks for the facility
Partner with operations leadership to analyze plant operating costs and drive profitability improvements
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with accurate and timely reporting
Ensure strong internal controls and recommend process improvements for efficiency and accuracy
Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline reporting, standardize processes, and implement best practices
Support compliance with applicable U.S. and international regulatory guidelines
Manage ad hoc financial projects and operational requests as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; Master’s degree a plus
8+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with manufacturing experience required
Previous experience in plant accounting required
Proficiency in cost accounting, financial analysis, and inventory management
Ability to work onsite and travel up to 5 weeks out of the year
