As a
Client Services Associate , you’ll work closely with our advisors and operations team to support client requests, streamline processes, and ensure our clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their financial journey.
What You’ll Do
Process administrative tasks such as new account openings, account maintenance, and service requests
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Prepare and coordinate client meeting materials
Manage follow-ups, scheduling, and communication workflows
Ensure data entry and document handling is accurate and secure
Provide timely and professional support to both clients and internal team members
Who You Are
1+ year of customer service or administrative experience (financial industry experience preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple tasks
A proactive problem-solver who works well independently and in a team
Familiar with industry tools like Redtail, Morningstar, Albridge, Envestnet, or NeX360 (a plus, but not required)
Notary certification is a bonus!
Requirements
Ability to pass a background check
Strong client service mindset and professionalism
Interest in a long-term career in the financial services industry
Recent grads with internship or administrative experience are encouraged to apply!
