Process administrative tasks such as new account openings, account maintenance, and service requests Maintain accurate client records and documentation Prepare and coordinate client meeting materials Manage follow-ups, scheduling, and communication workflows Ensure data entry and document handling is accurate and secure Provide timely and professional support to both clients and internal team members Who You Are
1+ year of customer service or administrative experience (financial industry experience preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple tasks A proactive problem-solver who works well independently and in a team Familiar with industry tools like Redtail, Morningstar, Albridge, Envestnet, or NeX360 (a plus, but not required) Notary certification is a bonus Requirements
Ability to pass a background check Strong client service mindset and professionalism Interest in a long-term career in the financial services industry Recent grads with internship or administrative experience are encouraged to apply What We Offer
