Our client, a global investment bank with a strong track record in the business and technology services sectors, is seeking an Associate to join its Atlanta office. The team advises founder-led businesses, private equity, and strategic acquirers on mergers & acquisitions and capital raising transactions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day transaction execution on live M&A mandates Build and review detailed financial models and valuation analyses Prepare client presentations, marketing documents, and management materials Coordinate due diligence processes and liaise with clients, investors, and counterparties Mentor and oversee Analysts to ensure accuracy and efficiency in deliverables Support business development through sector research, pitch materials, and client interaction Candidate Profile
3–5 years of investment banking experience, ideally within sell-side M&A advisory Strong technical skill set (financial modeling, valuation, strategic analysis) Solid transaction execution experience with direct client exposure Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple workstreams Confident communicator with the ability to work closely with senior management and clients Team-oriented, detail-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset Location
