Senior Tax Accountant - Public Accounting Firm
Location: Hybrid/Remote with strong preference for candidates near Cranbury, New Jersey. Base pay range provided by WhiteCap Search; actual pay based on skills and experience.
Overview A distinguished public accounting firm is seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Accountant to join its growing practice. Responsibilities
Prepare tax compliance filings.
Review tax compliance work.
Conduct tax technical research.
Collaborate directly with partners.
Supervise associate accountants.
Manage multiple client accounts.
Maintain direct client contact.
Qualifications
4 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Master’s degree highly preferred.
Must meet the credit requirement for CPA eligibility; CPA preferred.
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP/GAAS.
Expertise in U.S. tax.
Experience with ProSystem Tax or OneSource Tax is a plus.
Extensive 1040 experience highly preferred.
Compensation Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr. The actual pay will be based on skills and experience.
