Prepare and review various tax returns, including 1040s, 1065s, 1120s, and 1030s, ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations. Handle complex tax issues and provide strategic tax planning advice to clients. Maintain and organize financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with clients to understand their financial needs and provide expert guidance. Utilize QuickBooks Online for efficient financial management and reporting. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency. Mentor and train junior accounting staff, fostering a supportive learning environment. Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations to provide informed advice to clients and the firm. Prepare financial statements and other financial reports as needed. Maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues through excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience, with a focus on tax preparation and compliance. Extensive knowledge of 1040, 1065, 1120, and 1030 tax forms. Proficient in QuickBooks Online; familiarity with other accounting software is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a gregarious personality that thrives in a team-oriented environment. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Benefits
