Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reports. Manage multi-entity and intercompany accounting, including payroll allocations and billings. Oversee cash flow, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet integrity. Ensure accurate recording of real estate acquisitions, developments, and dispositions. Support Opportunity Zone (OZ) fund accounting and compliance reporting. Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and support financial planning. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate development. CPA preferred. Compensation & Benefits
