Process month-end close entries, manage cash activity, and review operational performance. Publish financial reporting packages, including P&L analysis and quarterly Budget vs. Actual reports. Maintain monthly balance sheet reconciliations for holding companies. Support setup of new projects, tenant lease schedules, and delinquency reporting. Develop and maintain accounting procedures, internal controls, and GAAP compliance. Manage cash flow processes and oversee bank reconciliations. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in commercial real estate, development, or property management. Strong knowledge of GAAP and real estate-specific financial reporting. Additional Details
