Lead and review complex income tax returns for high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and a diverse client base. Supervise, mentor, and coach tax staff, including managing project schedules and team development. Conduct technical tax research and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Develop and maintain strong client relationships while identifying planning and advisory opportunities. Play an active role in maintaining service quality and supporting business development efforts.
