$95,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from firstPRO, Inc Growing Construction Organization is looking to add a Divisional Controller to their team. This role will report to the CFO and manage all accounting and finance for an entity within the company. Responsibilities include month end close, financial statement prep and analysis, journal entries and reconciliations, AIA Billing, WIP, CIP, various ad-hoc analysis, and more. Responsibilities Prepare month end close adjusting journal entries and reconciliations. Prepare monthly financial statements including commentary and analysis. Conduct analysis of financial results in order to drive future financial performance. Work with Project Managers and Operations Managers to ensure costs, billings, and overall project financials are accurate and in line with budget. Create revenue and forecast models for the division. Track Billings (AIA billing) and Costs by job. Manage and track WIP and CIP. Act as primary point of contact for internal questions. Ad-hoc projects Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance 2+ years of accounting experience, specifically in a construction environment Strong analytical skills Seniority level
