Oversee the portfolio of technology initiatives across the CFO organization, understanding dependencies and linkages between initiatives; update the portfolio based on changing priorities, technology capabilities, and ongoing initiative status; present portfolio status in leadership meetings, highlighting issues and opportunities Lead the integration of Automation and AI initiatives, including Generative AI, across the CFO organization; identify strategic opportunities to leverage AI/ML, Automation, and Agentic AI for process optimization and advanced analytics Work with Digital Nexus (IT) and CFO process owners and leadership to develop, document and maintain the consolidated technology strategy roadmap and portfolio for the CFO organization Drive collaboration with CFO professionals and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver AI solutions; provide leadership and serve as a strategic business partner to Digital Nexus (IT) and other internal groups Establish thought leadership by researching Technology, Data, and AI trends; continuously recommend innovative solutions and improvements to align with market developments Qualifications

Minimum five years of recent experience in finance technology transformation, Automation and AI, with leadership in process automation and improvement projects MBA and/or advanced degree from an accredited college or university preferred in computer science or related field; bachelor's degree in business, computer science, statistics, or related field required Progressive experience in the implementation, support, and use of finance applications such as ERP, EPM, data, reporting and analytics; strong business and technology acumen and understanding of finance and accounting processes, applications, system architectures, and data models; proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and experience with machine learning model development Excellent collaboration and communication skills to engage with stakeholders; strong project management skills, including Agile experience preferred Ability to present complex technological concepts clearly to diverse audiences Experience leading and developing high-performing teams and cross-functional projects Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future Location & Employment Type
