The Director SEC Reporting will be responsible for the Company’s external financial and SEC reporting, and technical accounting, including researching new reporting requirements and determining impacts along with the Corporate Controller, coordinating the preparation of the Company’s quarterly and annual SEC reporting requirements, ensuring compliance with SEC reporting requirements, assisting in SOX compliance functions, as well as all other tasks as assigned. Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the preparation of SEC Forms 10-K and 10-Q and all underlying supporting schedules and calculations, including the preparation of the consolidated statement of cash flows and basic and fully diluted earnings per share calculations. • Work with cross functional team from Accounting, Finance and Tax to ensure proper conversion of our Financial Statements between IFRS and GAAP. • Analyze complex transactions and determine appropriate U.S. GAAP and IFRS treatment and communicate findings through verbal communication and written documentation. • Oversee technical accounting research related to new and proposed accounting standards based on US GAAP and IFRS. • Act as a liaison between third party internal audit function to develop, drive and improve internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the Sarbanes Oxley Act of 2002. • Assist in preparation for quarterly reviews and annual audits from external auditors. • Assist the finance team in the development and preparation of balance sheet and cash flow budgets and forecasts. • Lead financial research efforts. Analyzes, researches and concludes on new and proposed accounting, reporting and disclosure standards issued by the SEC, FASB and IFRS and prepares memorandums regarding the Company’s position and impact on the Company. • Coordinates with a cross-function team from Accounting, Finance, Legal, and Investor Relations to prepare disclosures. • Stays current on new reporting and disclosure requirements and ensures accurate compliance. • Assists in preparing investor presentations. • Participates in continuing efforts to improve accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting across the company. • Participate in discussions with business teams to assess the accounting treatment of new, emerging, or changing business activities in the US and internationally. • Perform other related accounting/financial duties as requested by the Corporate Controller. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance is required. • Certified Public Accountant • Minimum of 10+ years of relevant work experience and direct experience being responsible for SEC filings is required. • Big 4 public accounting experience a strong plus • Advanced Excel skills • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in an extremely fast-paced environment. • Ability to act and operate independently to accomplish objectives and meet deadlines. • Highly effective communication skills (verbal and written) • Strong and extensive knowledge of SEC Reporting and US GAAP • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, to be able to identify, pro-actively propose system and process improvements. • High degree of accuracy, strong attention to detail but also able to look at the “big picture”.
