– The primary goal of the Accounts Receivable Representative is to provide superior customer service while addressing payment issues pertaining to LMC invoices and to apply dealer payments in an efficient and timely manner. This position requires work in our office Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays, as well as the first Monday of each month.

Responsibilities

Communicate and build strong relationships with dealer account contacts to identify, address, and resolve reasons for overdue payment while providing exceptional customer service.

Accurately and efficiently apply dealer payments to ensure dealer AR statements are correct.

Interact with vendors and purchasing departments to provide timely resolution of past due invoices and reconciliation of unidentified payments/deductions.

Maintain continuous communications with AR Management regarding unusual large past due issues.

Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.

Qualifications

2-4 years related experience in a business environment.

High school graduate or equivalent, or equivalent work experience.

Experience with spreadsheet applications, accounting systems, and customer service situations.

Excellent accounting and organizational skills.

Excellent customer service focus and skill set.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with internal and external contacts in writing and verbally.

Ability to learn the automated systems used by LMC and customer/dealers.

Ability to organize, prioritize, and initiate work.

Maintains a positive and open mindset.

Strong math aptitude with ability to perform basic calculations and work accurately with numbers.

Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word).

Ability to create spreadsheet applications with basic formulas.
