Senior Financial Analyst
with strong experience in the
banking or real estate industries
to lead high-impact financial and strategic initiatives. This role blends advanced financial analysis with business process improvement to support
new business development projects, economic development opportunities, and strategic decision-making. Base pay

Financial & Strategic Analysis : Lead pro forma analysis to evaluate the feasibility of new business development and real estate/economic development initiatives. Review and analyze business proposals, providing actionable, data-driven recommendations to senior leadership. Perform monthly/quarterly variance analysis, monitoring budget performance and explaining key variances. Track expenditures to ensure adherence to financial and budgetary constraints. Business Analysis & Process Improvement
Partner with stakeholders
to gather and document requirements for new projects and system enhancements. Collect and interpret data to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities; present findings through reports and dashboards. Evaluate current processes, recommend improvements, and drive efficiency across operations. Solution Development & Project Support
Collaborate with IT teams
to implement software solutions or system enhancements. Support project planning, reporting, and risk management to ensure successful delivery. Test and validate new systems and processes to confirm requirements are met. Stakeholder Communication & Documentation
Maintain clear communication with business partners and project stakeholders. Prepare accurate financial reports, summaries, and presentations for executive review. Document business requirements, processes, and system designs. Stay current on
banking and real estate industry trends
to strengthen financial and strategic recommendations. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred). 4+ years of experience as a
Senior Financial Analyst or Business Analyst , ideally within
banking or real estate . Strong expertise in
pro forma financial modeling, business case evaluation, and economic development analysis . Skilled in forecasting, budgeting, and advanced Excel/financial modeling (experience with BI or data visualization tools is a plus). Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines. Seniority level
