We are looking for a
Division Controller
to work for our Northeast Ohio client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below. Responsibilities: Lead all Forecasting and Analysis activities for the Division, including the annual Plan of Record, Quarterly and Monthly Business Reviews, and Strategic Planning process Provide analytical insight, assessment of risks, and help guide senior leadership with decision-making. Support Management and Finance to identify and drive Cost and Gross Margin improvements Oversee the activities of the Company accounting department for the accurate and timely dissemination of financial management reports including, but not limited to, internal and external consolidated monthly financial statements and annual audits and assisting in annual budgets Align “best practice” Generally Accepted Accounting Principles to the needs of our corporate office and their reporting structure. Assist on special assignments and prepare ad hoc reporting and analysis Qualifications: Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance 7+ years of accounting experience Success working in a collaborative, matrixed environment, and a track record of accomplishments with measurable business impact Experience managing change, influencing leadership, managing risk, and ensuring compliance.
