Manage all financial activities for plant operations, including cost accounting and inventory control
Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and operational reports
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and internal controls
Partner with plant leadership to drive efficiency and profitability
Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
7+ years of experience in manufacturing or plant accounting
Strong knowledge of cost accounting and ERP systems
Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
