Vice President, Finance & Controlling – Americas Shape regional financial strategy for a globally respected industrial manufacturer. This is a high-impact opportunity to lead all finance, controlling, and reporting activity across the Americas for a multinational production business. With operations in the US, Mexico, and Brazil, you’ll oversee a multi-country finance team while partnering directly with the global CEO and global CFO. You'll drive forecasting, performance analysis, and capital planning - bringing strategic insight and operational discipline to a critical region. This is a role for someone who thrives on cross-border complexity and commercial ownership. Responsibilities
Lead finance, controlling, and reporting activities across the Americas for a multinational production business. 12+ years in finance/controlling, including 5+ in a senior leadership role Expertise in US GAAP, IFRS, and LATAM accounting standards Manufacturing sector experience (automotive preferred) Background working within European-led multinational structures Apply
