Base pay range
$115,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr Summary of Key Responsibilities
Ensure the books are closed on a monthly basis timely and in accordance with GAAP. Take ownership of monthly accrual calculations and sales tax calculations and remittances. Work with corporate finance to standardize the accounting function and implement and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Utilize financial knowledge of the business to provide leadership with key actionable insights. Assist corporate FP&A team to analyze data and provide management with actionable insights. Qualifications
Degree in accounting or finance, with a preference for CPA, MBA, or CFA. Hands-on experience taking ownership of a full trial balance including accurate closing and ongoing analysis. Understanding of percentage of completion or project-based work is a plus. Ability to be hands-on in learning the ERP system in depth to be responsible for all aspects of the accounting system including day-to-day transactions as well as month end close on an accrual, GAAP basis of accounting. Willingness to travel to business unit sites as needed (approximately 1 time per quarter, more frequently at the beginning). Ability to work primarily on Eastern/Central time. Additional Information
