The Dept. of Administrative Services is seeking an experienced Senior System Analyst to provide hands-on technical expertise on a team of systems analysts and systems administrators. Responsibilities
Provide hands-on technical expertise on a team of systems analysts and systems administrators. Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in IT: Required. 10+ yrs. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related technical discipline. Highly desired. Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Windows Server, Office 365, Azure). Highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing. Required. Proven expertise in O365, AD, Exchange Server, Windows, VPN, RDP, MS Teams. Required. 10+ yrs. Relevant industry experience in a Microsoft enterprise environment. Required. 5+ yrs. Experience with Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) upgrade, consolidation, and migration projects. Required. 3+ yrs. Experience with Office/Microsoft 365 with at least one year of experience migrating mailboxes. Required. 2+ yrs. Experience with Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) or Azure Active Directory and understanding of SAML 2.0 and cloud SSO providers. Required. 1+ yrs. Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure management and supporting SharePoint environments would be a plus. Highly desired. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues efficiently. Required. Experience in coordinating with third-party technical support vendors. Required. Solid understanding of IT service management and ITIL best practices is a plus. Highly desired. Education
