As an
SAP EWM Manager/Senior Manager , you will be at the forefront of driving S/4HANA transformation and rollout projects, guiding clients through their digital journey. You will act as the key advisor on warehouse management and logistics processes, ensuring effective implementations that align with client needs and industry best practices. Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for clients on warehousing topics, managing relationships and ensuring excellence in delivery. Lead end-to-end SAP WM/eWM transformation and rollout projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation. Advise clients on warehouse operations, inbound/outbound logistics, inventory management, automation, and rollout strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, third parties, and global delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution. Support pre-sales activities by contributing to proposals and shaping transformation strategies. Conduct workshops and provide expertise in SAP WM/eWM processes and integration with MM, SD, and third-party systems. Leverage SAP HANA analytics and Fiori applications to enhance workflows and user experience. Mentor and lead colleagues, ensuring knowledge transfer and team alignment. Your Profile
Proven experience in SAP WM and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), with hands-on expertise in S/4HANA transformations and rollouts. Strong understanding of warehousing processes, including inbound/outbound logistics, Yard Management, Replenishment, and automation. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to engage with C-level and business stakeholders. Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud or reporting tools is a plus. Fluent in German (B2/C1 minimum). Strong team spirit, adaptability, and the ability to work in a global, multicultural environment. What We Offer
