$100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Tax Manager - Future Partner Potential | Pelletier & Leo | City of Industry (Hybrid) This isn't another manager role. It's your chance to take the reins and grow into leadership. At Pelletier & Leo, we're a forward-thinking, full-service accounting firm founded by exBig 4 pros who walked away from the old-school grind and investor-first mindset to create something better. We're scaling quickly, but intentionally—keeping people and relationships at the center of our work. Now, we're looking for a skilled Tax Manager ready to step up, guide a talented team, and help us shape the next chapter of our firm. Why This Role Stands Out
Lead, Influence, and Improve You'll oversee our City of Industry office operations, modernizing processes, developing your team, and enhancing the client experience—all with the backing of our dedicated operations, technology, and sales teams. Partner Path with Real Upside Our growth model is built to bring in new partners—not shut them out. We're committed to giving ambitious leaders a real equity opportunity as we expand. Work Worth Doing Your expertise will matter here. Our clients are high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses with complex, multi-entity needs. The work is challenging, interesting, and designed for someone who thrives on providing thoughtful, high-value advice. Flexibility Without Burnout Split your time between the office and home. During peak season, you'll see 50-60 hour weeks—not the 80-100 you might have endured elsewhere. Culture That Invests in You We reject the high-turnover, squeeze-every-ounce approach so common in accounting. Instead, we focus on keeping and growing great people, offering career-long opportunities, mentorship, and meaningful collaboration. Our firm is dedicated to finding a place for each talented individual today and tomorrow. We value loyalty, teach people how to grow, and build lifelong careers within our firm. What You'll Do
Oversee daily operations for our City of Industry office Act as the primary liaison for clients and staff, with partner-level support Mentor, train, and inspire your team Review a mix of individual, partnership, corporate, and trust returns (including multi-entity and multi-state) Serve as a trusted advisor on wealth management, tax strategy, and estate planning Collaborate with our legal, accounting, and family office teams to deliver complete solutions Contribute ideas and insights to firm-wide growth and expansion efforts What We're Looking For
