Our client, a leading international bank with a strong regional presence, is seeking an experienced

Private Banking Relationship Manager

to join them in Singapore. This is a client-facing role focused on acquiring and managing relationships with high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals, delivering tailored wealth solutions, and driving the growth of assets under management (AUM). Key Responsibilities

Acquire, build, and maintain long-term relationships with HNW and UHNW clients. Drive business growth by developing new client relationships and expanding existing ones. Provide bespoke wealth advisory and investment solutions to meet clients’ financial needs. Partner with product and investment specialists to deliver a comprehensive suite of wealth management services. Conduct KYC/CDD on new clients and periodic reviews on existing clients to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory standards, and AML/CFT requirements. Organize and present at client events to strengthen client engagement. Provide input and support for product and system development initiatives. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline. At least 5 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in private banking/wealth management OR relevant client-facing experience with UHNW individuals and ability to obtain CACS certification. Strong understanding of wealth management products, compliance, and industry regulations. Proven track record in client acquisition, networking, and business development. Independent, self-driven, and ethical with excellent teamwork skills. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. Why Join
