Senior Associate, Affiliate & Performance Partnerships (Lume)
New York, NY About Mammoth Brands Mammoth Brands (formerly Harry’s Inc.) is the modern CPG company behind brands Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, and Mando. We’re building a new model—home for brands, founders, and talent looking to solve unmet needs, improve people’s lives, and ultimately challenge the status quo. Our mission is to “Create Things People Like More.” If it’s not better than what already exists, we don’t do it. This guides everything we do, from product experiences to creating a great place to work and exploring ways to give back to our community. We started in 2013 when our co-founders created Harry’s. They built the brand differently—online first, prioritizing direct relationships with customers—and created a playbook and platform to help other brands grow. Today, Mammoth Brands is a growing portfolio of brands and the largest CPG company built in the last 20 years. We maintain a small, scrappy, entrepreneurial culture, while growing to serve customers, employees, and the community. We’re committed to making a positive impact and have donated over $20 million through our nonprofit partners to date. About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Associate, Affiliate and Performance Partnerships to join our Lume + Mando Marketing team. In this role, you’ll drive growth and visibility by scaling our affiliate program, developing new marketing channels, and fostering key brand partnerships. As the Sr. Associate of Affiliate and Performance Partnerships, you will forge high-level relationships on behalf of Lume + Mando across DTC, Amazon, and Retail. What you will accomplish:
Operational Management:
Manage day-to-day operational tasks for Lume and Mando’s affiliate programs, including monitoring coupon code leakage on affiliate websites, ensuring placements go live on the specified date, extending commission rates to partners, negotiating placements, tracking paid placements, and more Application and Program Management:
Help manage and report on affiliate campaigns run through Impact, TikTok Shops, Creator Connections, Amazon Associates, and Amazon Affiliates in general. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliate partners. Build Relationships:
Source & recruit new partners to join the Lume affiliate program (across Amazon, DTC, and Retail) and ensure that, when applicable, they receive gifting from our brand. Ensure partners are set up for success by sharing brand guidelines, best practices, and more. Maintenance and Support:
Create engaging pitches to editorial partners and ambassadors, keeping them up to date on product launches and promotions. Send out newsletters to all affiliate partners on Amazon, DTC, and Retail platforms weekly to alert them of different product focuses. Track and flag opportunities to leverage Amazon’s Creator Commerce ecosystem, including Live Shopping, Creator Connections, and shoppable video modules. Industry Insights:
Compile industry research, competitive intel, information about new tools and opportunities, and produce recommendations for how to take advantage of these things. Strategic Thinking:
Support the Affiliate Manager by executing affiliate marketing strategies that align with broader marketing goals, ensuring unique ideas for Amazon, DTC, and Retail. Reporting and Analysis:
Analyze campaign performance for DTC, Amazon, and Retail, providing actionable insights to improve conversion rate, drive new customers, and improve ROI across all partnerships. Evaluate attributed revenue, ROAS, CPA, and new-to-brand customers, and share regular performance summaries with the Affiliate Manager. Amazon and Affiliate Nuances:
Gain a deep understanding of the differences between Amazon Attribution (brand-side tracking) and the Amazon Associates (affiliate) program, and apply guidance on when to use each—remaining compliant with Amazon’s updated policy (effective December 20, 2024) that prohibits simultaneous tagging via both systems for the same traffic. Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the Influencer team to identify opportunities for both channels, ensuring work is not duplicated and both teams collaborate to scale programs. Partner with Brand Marketing, Amazon, and Influencer teams to execute campaigns (e.g., deals, coupons, subscribe & save promotions), product gifting to new partners, and align on monthly gifting goals to support overall affiliate efforts. This might describe you: 2+ years of experience supporting the management of affiliate programs at Amazon, DTC or eCommerce (product-centric) brands. You have helped build programs and have owned day-to-day affiliate management. Experience with TikTok Shops Affiliates, Linkby, ShopMy, LTK, and Amazon Associates is a plus. Strong knowledge of affiliate platforms like Impact Radius, CJ, Levanta, and others. Comfortable using Google Sheets/Excel and regularly report on campaign performance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners. Strong organizational skills. Deep familiarity with the affiliate space and smart insights on partners, agencies, platforms, and analytic tools. Focused on win-win partnerships, leveraging data and insights in negotiations. Experience building and maintaining relationships with external partners for long-term partnerships. Insatiably curious and motivated to learn and master new things, with interest in direct-to-consumer growth marketing. Hustle mentality; highly self-motivated with a bias toward action. Data-driven in problem solving with strong analytical skills. Structured thinker and communicator who can break down complex problems. Able to independently prioritize time and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Team player with low ego, focused on helping others.
