About the Role We are seeking a Senior Associate, Affiliate and Performance Partnerships to join the Lume + Mando Marketing team. This role will help drive growth and visibility by scaling our affiliate program, developing new marketing channels, and fostering key brand partnerships across DTC, Amazon, and Retail. What You Will Accomplish
Operational Management: Manage day-to-day tasks for Lume and Mando’s affiliate programs, including monitoring coupon code leakage, ensuring placements go live on schedule, negotiating placements, and tracking paid placements. Application and Program Management: Help manage affiliate campaigns run through Impact, TikTok Shops, Creator Connections, Amazon Associates, and Amazon Affiliates; build and maintain strong relationships with partners. Build Relationships: Source and recruit new partners across Amazon, DTC, and Retail; facilitate gifting where applicable and share brand guidelines and best practices. Maintenance and Support: Create pitches for editorial partners and ambassadors, keep them updated on launches and promotions, send weekly newsletters to affiliate partners across platforms, and explore Amazon Creator Commerce opportunities. Industry Insights: Compile industry research and competitive intel; provide recommendations on tools and opportunities. Strategic Thinking: Support Affiliate Manager with strategies that align with broader marketing goals for Amazon, DTC, and Retail. Reporting and Analysis: Analyze campaign performance, provide actionable insights to improve ROI, and share performance summaries including ROAS, CPA, and new-to-brand customers. Amazon Ecosystems: Understand Amazon Attribution and Amazon Associates, applying guidance on when to use each while remaining compliant with policies (as of Dec 20, 2024). Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Influencer, Brand Marketing, Amazon, and Analytics teams to execute campaigns, product gifting, and align on gifting goals. Qualifications
2+ years of experience supporting affiliate programs at Amazon, DTC, or eCommerce brands. Experience building and owning day-to-day affiliate management. Experience with TikTok Shops Affiliates, Linkby, ShopMy, LTK, and Amazon Associates is a plus. Strong knowledge of affiliate platforms (Impact Radius, CJ, Levanta, etc.). Proficient with Google Sheets/Excel and reporting on campaign performance. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external partners. Strong organizational skills and data-driven mindset. Familiarity with the affiliate space and insights on partners, agencies, and tools. Ability to negotiate and build win-win partnerships using data and insights. Curiosity and interest in DTC growth marketing; self-motivated with a bias toward action. Structured thinker and communicator; able to solve complex problems and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative, ego-free team player with a sense of humor. Benefits and Perks

Salary ranges are competitive and part of a comprehensive rewards package, with base salary for this position in the example range of $81,720-$105,000, depending on location, experience, and skill level.
