Overview
Vaco is hiring a Senior FP&A Analyst for Deerfield Beach, FL. This role supports financial planning, forecasting, and performance tracking, focusing on analyzing business performance and supporting general purchasing and cross-functional teams. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain financial models to project future performance and assess the impact of different scenarios for long-term financial planning. Monitor financial performance, track expenditures, and ensure accuracy in financial reporting and support the operating budgeting process. Assess the feasibility of investments and prepare cost-benefit and payback analyses. Monitor project expenditures and execution against budget and timelines. Perform benchmarking of industry trends, economic conditions, and company performance. Develop financial reports and presentations for senior management. Monitor operating and capital expenditures in areas such as information technology (IT), Human Resources, Risk Management (insurance), Contracts, Infrastructure, etc. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and insights to management and other stakeholders. Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as required. Train, document, and maintain financial and planning policies and procedures up to date. Work on special projects per management's request. Backfill for General Purchasing function. Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned. Education & Experience
Bachelor degree (BS/BA) in Business Administration with a major in Finance or Accounting from a four-year college, with five years of related experience and training. Required Competencies and Skills

Interpersonal: Builds strong relationships across teams and with diverse groups. Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents, write reports and correspondence, and speak effectively to groups. Reasoning: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle varied situations with limited guidance. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and solve complex problems logically. Financial Skills: Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis. Computer Skills: Experienced with ERP systems (SAP), Microsoft Office, advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables), Power BI, and data visualization tools. Compensation
Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr. Note: This range is provided by Vaco by Highspring and actual pay is based on skills and experience.
