We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A to join our team and play a critical role in supporting financial planning, performance management, and strategic decision-making. This position will be directly involved in budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and financial modeling, ensuring that leadership has clear, actionable insights to drive growth and efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop long-term financial models and projections, aligning with business objectives and strategic plans.
Lead and support the annual operating budget process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.
Monitor and benchmark KPIs, CapEx, and financial performance, providing variance analysis and recommendations.
Conduct cost-benefit, ROI, and payback analyses to evaluate investments and key initiatives.
Track and manage expenditures across IT, HR, insurance, headcount, and infrastructure.
Support controlling functions, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and accuracy in reporting.
Oversee general purchasing activities, streamlining processes and driving continuous improvement.
Monitor and administer vendor contracts, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with business needs.
Deliver ad hoc analysis, executive reports, and presentations to senior leadership to guide decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills
Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to translate financial data into clear business insights.
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism, particularly when handling sensitive and confidential data (including payroll).
Demonstrated ambition and a desire to grow into greater responsibilities within FP&A and finance leadership.
