Job Description The Risk Management Analyst is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial, operational, and strategic risks across the organization. Your Responsibilities Manage policy renewals and underwriting for Lennar Insurance Programs. Track all policies, endorsements, and certificates of insurance. Manage Lennar’s auto policy renewals, including automobiles and golf carts. Collaborate on applications for clubhouses and marinas policy renewals. Assist with tracking renewal dates for over 300 policies. Assist with carrier audits and reporting for liability claims. Complete OSHA surveys and manage workers’ compensation reporting. Assist with data gathering for quarterly actuarial analysis. Develop risk management policies and procedures. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or related field. 1-3 years of relevant experience or education. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Physical & Office/Site Presence This is primarily sedentary office work requiring ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, reach, lift up to 25 lbs, and finger dexterity.
