two Plant Controllers . These are newly created positions offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting operations and driving analytical and cost accounting initiatives. Available Locations: Irving, TX Centralia, IL Role Overview: Work Model:
Full Onsite Structure:
Individual contributor (no direct reports at this time) Partner closely with General Managers to support plant operations, perform in-depth cost analysis, and provide accounting insights. Collaborate cross-functionally with Corporate Accounting and FP&A teams. Minimal general ledger responsibilities — emphasis on cost accounting and operational support. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required 10+ years of experience with standard costing Strong background in cost accounting with the ability to navigate all facets of plant operations Competitive six-figure base salary + bonus + comprehensive benefits package Only qualified candidates will be contacted for this position.
