Base pay range $110,000.00/yr - $138,000.00/yr Job Description

The Senior Tax Manager assists in all aspects of tax compliance, planning, and analysis for LCS Management Holding Company LLC and for some of the 200+ subsidiary entities that LCS controls. Responsibilities

Oversees the preparation, coordination, and review of supporting schedules for partnership and corporate tax returns - including detailed review of fixed asset ledgers and depreciation lives/methods. Oversees the preparation of tax computations and schedules Responsible for the preparation of quarterly tax estimates Responsible for responding to notices and correspondence from Federal and State taxing authorities Administers the tax planning process and research on complex tax issues Oversees sales, use and excise tax filing, planning, and education Performs the analysis of tax consequences of acquisitions and divestitures Qualifications

Leads special projects and process improvements that require collaboration with external parties and internal partners Bachelor's degree in Accounting required CPA designation required Strong technical accounting and tax skills required 6+ years of experience in the Tax Department of a public accounting firm or private company Notes
