Qualifications
State licensed or currently completing pre-licensing coursework through ARES Strong motivation to build a long-term career in real estate Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Coachable, with a willingness to learn and follow proven systems Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized Team-oriented mindset with a desire to collaborate and grow Commitment to completing continuing education and license renewal as required
