Responsibilities
What You’ll Do: Recruit, onboard, and coach new and developing agents through the Productivity Coaching Program. Lead daily/weekly training sessions on contracts, lead generation, scripts, and proven KW systems & models. Hold agents accountable for their business plans, lead generation activities, and results. Foster a culture of learning, growth, and teamwork. Work closely with Market Center leadership to track results and continually improve the program.
Qualifications
Active real estate license with a strong production history. Demonstrated leadership and coaching experience. Passion for helping others succeed. Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Alignment with KW’s mission, vision, and values.
Compensation
Productivity Coaches are compensated by receiving
10% of each closing
completed by agents enrolled in the coaching program. Compensation $135,000 Commission Based
