Assistant Controller - White Plains, NY A rapidly growing beverage distributor is seeking an Assistant Controller to join their team! This individual will be responsible for month-end close, financial reporting, AP/AR, payroll and inventory accounting. This opportunity is onsite 5 days/week and will offer up to $150,000 on a base plus bonus! Responsibilities
Oversee general ledger and manage month-end/year-end close process Prepare financial statements, consolidations, and internal reports Manage day-to-day AR/AP, payroll, and inventory accounting Assist with the development and implementation of internal controls Ensure compliance with tax filings, audits, and relevant financial regulations Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA preferred 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2–3 years in a leadership role Industry experience in wholesale, food & beverage, or distribution preferred Strong foundation in inventory accounting Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and advanced in Excel Strong communication skills with the ability to partner cross-functionally If you are interested in learning more about the position, please email your resume to Ellie at eboyd@daleyaa.com Details
