Branch Relationship Banker
to provide top-notch customer service to clients at our Aspen, CO branch. If you are passionate about being part of a community, being a team player, and helping others reach their financial goals, we would like to speak with you. Qualified candidates are eligible for a $1,500 Sign-On Bonus upon hire (eligibility criteria may apply). Responsibilities
Performs full-service banking services to new and existing customers within the branch, with a primary focus on sales and service. Duties may include new accounts, consumer loans, and handling client service issues. Resolves client concerns through direct action or by referring clients to an appropriate bank department. Provides referrals for other bank products and services, including consumer and commercial lending. Follows up with clients as needed. May be responsible for cash transactions, opening or updating accounts, and originating and closing consumer or small business loans. Resolves customer service issues to ensure satisfaction. Establishes, expands and maintains strong customer relationships through personalized service tailored to each client’s needs. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of experience as a universal banker/personal banker or similar retail banking role. An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualifications. Previous experience in a financial sales oriented role is preferred. Strong mathematical skills and knowledge of standard banking products and transactions. Advanced knowledge of retail products and services. Working knowledge of consumer lending applications. Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Effective selling, cross-selling and referral skills. Strong mathematical, problem-solving and negotiation abilities. Ability to analyze customer credit data and related financial information. Advanced interpersonal and relationship-building skills. High attention to detail and time management. Proficient in basic computer skills. Benefits
