$140,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr Additional compensation types

Chicago, IL (Hybrid - 4 days onsite) Type:
Full-Time, Permanent/Direct Hire Pay Range:
$140,000 - $145,000 base salary plus 20% Bonus Benefits:
Annual incentive and a benefits package to all full-time employees including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, health savings accounts, etc. Key Responsibilities
Supervise and review financial activities of the open-ended fund Primary point of contact for the third-party fund administrator Evaluate and oversee NAV calculations, investor allocations, and performance metrics Oversee and run the annual audit Coordinate, prepare, and review quarterly and annual financial statements for closed-end funds Prepare or review client capital account statements Maintain detailed oversight of fund-level cash flows Collaborate with Portfolio Management and Asset Management teams Analyze cash needs and draw on line of credit Enhance financial reporting frameworks, internal controls, and documentation procedures Lead or contribute to process improvements and implementation Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting CPA 8–10 years of experience in real estate investment accounting, with demonstrated knowledge of both open-ended and closed-end fund structures Seniority level
