Greet clients Negotiate with opposing counsel Draft motions and briefs Argue legal positions before the trial and appellate courts Assist with trials and first-chair trials with supervision What We're Looking For
Must be licensed to practice law in Michigan or awaiting bar results Strong written and oral communication skills An ownership mindset and ability to take a project through to completion Strong customer service skills; our clients are our top priority Extremely comfortable with technology A desire to be great Alignment with FASTIE values and a team-first attitude Salary: $85,000 plus quarterly incentives based on achieving KPIs 401(k) with up to 4% match Excellent health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance - fully covered for the employee PPO and HDHP plans with HSA options Dependents may be added at the employee's expense Paid time off Holidays off and birthday leave Development and mentorship support Location and Work Model
