What You'll Do

Conduct thorough interviews with prospective criminal defense clients, leveraging legal knowledge to gather critical case details.

Confidently pitch and sell our legal services, converting inquiries into retained clients through persuasive and empathetic communication.

Address client objections with professionalism, clearly explaining service agreements and legal processes.

Collect and organize case-related documents, including police reports, charging documents, and other intake materials, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Enter and manage client data in case management software with precision.

Maintain proactive and consistent follow-up with prospective clients to secure retention.

Collaborate with attorneys to prepare comprehensive intake files, enabling seamless case transitions.

What We're Looking For

Proven sales expertise with a track record of closing high-value services or products (legal or professional services strongly preferred).

5+ years of experience in sales

Will consider someone with 5+ years of combined experience in legal intake, sales, paralegal work, client services, or law enforcement (retired police officers or those with legal experience are highly preferred).

Strong interviewing and persuasion skills, with the ability to build trust quickly in high-pressure situations.

Knowledge of Michigan's court systems, criminal procedure, or legal terminology is a significant advantage.

Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a knack for explaining complex legal concepts clearly.

Ability to manage emotionally charged conversations with empathy, professionalism, and confidence.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary:

$50,000 annually

Performance Bonuses:

Opportunity to earn up to

$60,000

in bonuses tied to achieving firm KPI's.

401(k):

Up to 4% match

Plan Options:
