This role is vital to the success of our retail stores, where Customer Service Representatives connect with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on Sherwin-Williams products. By efficiently addressing concerns, you will ensure maximum customer satisfaction while keeping informed on product features and maintaining high-quality visual standards in the store. Your commitment to outstanding customer service is essential as we strive to achieve our sales goals. As part of your duties, you will engage with customers, which may include minors, and handle payment methods and store merchandise. Therefore, we conduct criminal history reviews to protect the business and our stakeholders. You will primarily work at the following locations: Store #5685, 180 Washington St. Claremont, NH 03743 and another store at 7 Martin Drive, West Lebanon, NH 03743. Additionally, you may be expected to assist at other stores within a 30-mile radius. Deliver high customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Assist customers both in-person and over the phone, identifying needs and presenting appropriate products Build trustworthy relationships with wholesale and retail customers Process sales transactions accurately, adhering to company policies Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals consistently Maintain organized work order files and accurate formulas Retrieve products from sales floor or warehouse as needed Tint and mix products according to customer specifications Stock shelves and set up displays Ensure cleanliness of store equipment Assist with loading/unloading delivery trucks Help with deliveries when necessary Keep assigned areas in stock and aesthetically pleasing Stay knowledgeable about offered products and discuss available options Adhere to inventory control procedures Suggest strategies for improving sales Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years old Legally authorized to work without sponsorship for employment work visa status Valid, unrestricted Driver's License required Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently, and up to 70 lbs. occasionally Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends Current employees must have received at least a meets expectations (3) rating on their latest performance appraisal Completion of all required eLearning courses for current position is necessary for internal applicants Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service Previous experience selling paint and related products is a plus Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment preferred Ability to communicate fluently in more than one language is advantageous Spanish language skills are highly valued
