This position is vital for the success of our retail operations. As a Retail Store Associate, you will collaborate with both wholesale and retail customers to identify their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the best solutions. You will play a key role in resolving customer concerns promptly, ensuring maximum satisfaction, while staying informed about product features and maintaining visual standards in the store. Focusing on delivering exceptional customer service, you'll work towards achieving the store's sales goals.

Assisting customers both in-person and over the phone by identifying needs and presenting suitable products. Building trusting relationships with wholesale and retail customers. Processing sales transactions accurately in line with company policies. Striving to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintaining accurate work order files and formulas. Retrieving appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse. Tinting and mixing products to meet customer specifications. Stocking shelves and organizing displays. Cleaning store equipment. Loading and unloading delivery trucks. Assisting with deliveries when necessary. Keeping assigned areas in-stock and visually appealing. Staying informed about available products and discussing options with customers. Adhering to inventory control procedures. Proposing ideas to enhance sales performance. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years old. Must legally be eligible to work in the country without requiring sponsorship. Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without accommodation. Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without accommodation. If you're currently with Sherwin-Williams, you must have a performance rating of at least meets expectations (3) on your latest review and have completed all required eLearning courses. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. One (1) year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role. Previous experience in sales of paint and related products. Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment. Ability to communicate in more than one language, especially Spanish.
