At our agency, we're looking for a
Customer Relations Representative
who can take ownership of client relationships, provide top-notch service, and identify opportunities within our existing customer base to strengthen protection and add value. You'll be the friendly, dependable voice of our agency-while gaining skills that set you up for long-term success in insurance and sales.
What You'll Do
Be the first point of contact for customers-answering questions, processing changes, and guiding them with confidence. Support claims follow-up and make sure clients feel taken care of every step of the way. Maintain accurate records and ensure client accounts are up to date. Proactively identify
in-book sales opportunities
(cross-selling or upgrading coverage) to better serve clients. Collaborate with licensed team members to deliver seamless customer experiences. What You Bring
A
customer-first mindset
paired with strong communication and problem-solving skills. A positive,
go-getter attitude
with the initiative to look for solutions and opportunities. Previous customer service or office support experience preferred. Comfort in engaging in sales conversations (we'll help you build confidence here). Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks. Licensing Requirement
A
Property & Casualty and Life & Health license
are required. If you're not yet licensed, you must be willing to obtain them within a specified timeframe. Licensing support is available for the right candidate.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
